What We Offer

Move
Movement for Every "Body"
Move is a dynamic movement class designed to help you learn new movement patterns, movement qualities and terminology, improve coordination and balance while having fun. All levels are welcome!

Strength
Primarily Body-Weight strength training clubbed with weight training
All levels are welcome. We use scaling to accommodate different levels of strength and fitness Do you want to master a push-up, pull-up, handstand, L-sit, or muscle-up and much more?
